Our Chair, Tony Piper, is a freelance IT consultant
and has enabled us to take forward our 2009-2012 Business Plan and, with our CEO, to develop our ongoing review of our systems
and procedures. Tony has also been instrumental in producing and editing our Rescource CD which is now available. See

Our Vice Chair, Graham Spencer, until recently, managed a Youth Inclusion Project in Hammersmith
beforel his transfer to Southwark's Youth Offending Team.
Derron Leid, is a former National Chair of Victim Support's Anti-Racism
Forum and is currently Borough Director at Victim Support Islington.
Earl Whiskey, a former Senior Pupil Learning Mentor at
Henry Compton Boys' School and Centre Manager at White City Youth Project, is now with The London Borough of Westminster's Youth
Offending Team.
Dr Yousef Zawahreh is a biomaterials engineer and possesses extensive IT skills which have been extremely beneficial
to our work.
Ian Ross is the charity's Founder, Chief Executive, Company Secretary and Presenter. Ian came from a sales and marketing
background before entering the voluntary sector in 1996 when he worked for a penal-support agency before founding Outside Chance in
1998. Ian delivers our workshops in the various venues where we present as well as taking on the traditional CEO's role of day
to day management and fundraiser.
Victor Ramalho is the charity's Administration, Finance and Support Manager. Victor provides
daily administrative support, monitors our financial position and provides sessional support in our various projects. Victor
also recently completed a three-year course in accountancy and financial management.
